Why it exists
Mina Ghaani is the founder of Drive Technologies Inc. The company grew from a question she kept meeting as an investor, a client, and a REALTOR®: how can the information around a major decision be brought together in a way that is more useful to the person making it?
The real-estate practice and the technology are connected. Working with buyers, sellers, investors, and people relocating is the practice. Drive is an attempt to support that kind of decision with structured information and relevant context, shaped around the individual decision rather than a generic answer.
Some of the product remains behind the curtain while it is in development. What is already visible in the practice is the same principle: better questions, and analysis organized around the person in front of the decision.
