The practice
Before representing people in real estate, Mina experienced the industry as a buyer and an investor. Frustrated by how little context often sat beside a major decision, she saw an opportunity for a more analytical, transparent, and client-centred experience.
Her background spans technology, business, design, and investing. She uses that background to ask better questions and to organize the information that belongs to a particular client’s circumstances.
She is also the founder of Drive Technologies Inc., where she is developing decision-support technology for high-stakes decisions, beginning with real estate. The product is in development. The real-estate practice is the work available now.
The client makes the decision. The work is to make the information and the trade-offs clearer before that happens.
